How does the commission system work?
Suppliers set commission rates (typically 5–15%) when posting offers. When an agent closes a deal, the commission is calculated on the deal value and tracked through the platform — fully visible to both parties. DuaQi never takes a cut; you keep 100% of every commission.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and — where enabled on your Stripe account — WeChat Pay and Alipay for Chinese customers. Subscriptions and credit top-ups are charged in USD.
How does the free offer per month work?
Active supplier and reseller subscriptions include 1 free offer per calendar month. Any additional offer in the same month costs $10, paid from your credits wallet. Unused free offers do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
What's your refund policy?
Subscription charges and credit top-ups are non-refundable once the service has been provided, except where required by applicable law. Detailed terms — including cancellation, billing-error corrections, and any statutory rights — are in our Terms of Service.
What currencies are supported?
Platform fees, subscriptions and credits are billed in USD. Deal values between suppliers and agents can be denominated in any currency; commission tracking supports USD, EUR, GBP and CNY with conversion.
